Absoulutrly nothing. It was nothing less than a nightmare.

No clean bedsheets and pillow covers.Pillows were pathetic, it was like stones filled in it caused neck pain. Bathroom, besins were not cleaned and was not smelling good.No provision for clothes to be hung.Complementary water bottle was not available, so he forced me to buy a new bottle.Didn't ask for breakfast

Non hygiene, bedsheets and pillow covers were not cleaned and was very dull.Washroom was not clean,Besin was filled with hairs,Besin's pipe was leaking,Pillows were pathetic, it was feeling like I'm sleeping on stone pillow that's how the cotton was badly filled in it.Washroom was not smelling good.Staff was not supportive.

I have booked from OYO and paid online but at time check in they demand more money. I would suggest to OYO only please do not take less money. Please give him as expected because we faced problem on checkin

At this price point of 800INR its good option in Hunjewadi Phase 1 . The Bathroom has geyser and A/C room. Anything more than 800 please dont opt for this hotel. The location is good its close to Lemon-tree hotel Hinjewadi

The bed sheets and pillow covers were dirty . The bathroom was okiesh.The problem was the bedsheet and pillow cover being so dirty

OYO Sai Avenue Wifi connection was the only good thing. OYO helpline response on my charger left in the room. They managed to find and handover

DO NOT GO WITH PICTURES, THEY ARE MISSLEADING I rate 1 star for OYO Sai Avenue. please avoid if not argent.1. It was not a pleasant experience and not at all worth of every penny 2. There were no hand or bath towel in the room, i was asked to collect the used towel from common area, Staff did not send towel unless asked for 3 times. 3. No hand wash, No Mirror in front of basin. 4. Unhygienic windows 5. Bedsheets was not replaced in 3 days of stay6. Leakage in Air conditioner was Highlighted to staff but he requested to keep it shut until they find mechanic, expectedly no mechanic arrived till check out.I highly recommend OYO Management to perform hygiene inspection on such hotels even though they are cheap.

Uninhabitable to human being.

We had made full prepayment as required by Oyo at the time of booking. However, upon arrival, the owner tried to charge us additional fees. When we refused, his behavior turned extremely rude. The room provided was in a deplorable state, worse than a dog kennel, with typical stained bedsheets that hinted at the property's actual use. The rooms were so repulsive they could induce nausea and vomiting (as evident from the actual photos). They were simply unfit for human habitation. Consequently, we vacated the property after checking in and relocated to another place nearby, forfeiting our prepayment. It was, undeniably, a scam.

It was a cheap accommodation at the last moment.

The place is like a motel. 3rd class property.
